This week's Throwback Thursday is a no brainer. The first time I saw Ben Folds Five live, it was days before the release of The Unauthorized Biography of Reinhold Messner. Thirteen years later, I'll see Ben Folds Five a few days before the official release of The Sound of the Life of the Mind. (I say official because the band released a free download yesterday to everyone who pledged support of the new album.)
I have a lot to say on this, but I'm am so far behind on just about everything in my life. I'll save my thoughts on the new album for the concert review.
