I don't know if those dark spots are reflections or something really funky going on.
Either way, happy fr EYE day!
P.S. I spoke to the owner of this eye. The black spots on the top of the eye are the result of a blunt injury several years ago. I'm not an eye doctor, but I believe what we're seeing is called iridodialysis. Who ever thought I'd learn so much about the eyes from this silly little photo project?
