I know the Gotye fan base is super excited this morning. Wally has been nominated for three Grammys: Record of the Year, Best Alternative Music Album, and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. Punch Brother fans should also rejoice for Noam Pikelny's nomination for Best Bluegrass Album for Beat The Devil and Carry a Rail.
I cannot believe that I had the privilege of photographing both of these amazing musicians this year. Congratulations on being recognized for the brilliant work you both do!
Not to be left out, E from the Eels posted a mock victory speech for his imaginary Grammy nominations. Good to see E back to his usual shenanigans. (Caution: he does drop the F-bomb a couple times)
