Swing-A-Thon this weekend!

The 2nd Annual Swing for Remedy is ON! This Saturday, September 3 from 8 am to 4 pm at Kettlebell Daily, 4 Ocean Ave in West Haven.

If you know me, you know I workout with kettlebells. If you've ever been interested in learning how to do some of the basic exercises, now is your chance. Trainer Steve is teaching lessons Saturday for just a $10 donation! I can't tell you what an amazing deal this is, and how great of a workout you'll get.

Trainer Steve, RKC

Aside from Kettlebell Swing Lessons for a $10 donation, there will be 15 minute massages for a $10 donation and Jim Napolitano of Nappy's Puppets will be putting on 2 shadow puppet shows, 10 am and 12 noon, for a $5/child or $10/family of 4 donation.

 Check out Nappy's Puppets website.

100% of your donations will go to Remedy!

If you can't make it, you can donate here: https://remedyinc.ejoinme.org/7896

REMEDY relies on the expertise of these U.S. based agencies to distribute these materials abroad in the most efficient and useful manner. For more information, visit: http://www.remedyinc.org.

I hope to see you on Saturday! I'll be taking some pictures, swinging some bells and cashing in on those massages!
